Triangular Hoarding
Triangular Hoarding
The spermatic arteries laterally, the peritoneal fold inferiorly, and the vas deferens medially make up the anatomical triangle known as the Triangle of Doom.[1] The genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve, the deep circumflex iliac vein, the external iliac artery and vein, and the femoral nerve, which is concealed by fascia, are all located within this triangle. It is important for laparoscopic groyne hernia repair. Here, surgical staples are not used.
